If I ordered and changed my mind, can I return the product?
Yes, of course. Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery. The product must not be used outdoors, must remain clean, and must be kept in its original packaging in full condition.
What’s the difference between Spyqe and SpyqeGT?
They are very similar. The SPYQE GT simply includes a larger battery (25Ah instead of 20Ah) for extended range, and this model also features handlebar turn signals.
Is there a product warranty?
Yes, absolutely. The product includes a full 12-month warranty. We’re always available for support via phone, and if needed, we can also arrange a video call with our technical team to help resolve any issue or clarify any questions.
How long will it take to get my orders?
Since we’re located in LA, deliveries within LA can arrive the same day, and up to one week from the order date for doorstep delivery.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes. We are the local distributor serving the Los Angeles area. For the rest of the United States, sales and shipping are handled by MIA Dynamics USA through their website: www.miadynamicsusa.com.
For Europe, orders are handled directly through the main MIA Dynamics website: www.miadynamics.com, with shipping from European warehouses to reduce delivery times and logistics costs, and to allow payment in local currencies instead of USD.
