- **Title:** The Suspension Makes the Difference
- **Rating:** 5
- **Content:** What sold me on the MIA FOUR was the suspension system. I ride mostly on dirt, gravel and some pretty uneven terrain, and you can actually feel each wheel working independently. It has the stability of four wheels without feeling big or clumsy. Add the hydraulic brakes and the power from the dual motors and it feels like a seriously engineered machine, not just another electric scooter and they have great customer service.

- **Title:** Nothing Else Rides Like This
- **Rating:** 5
- **Content:** I’ve tried e-bikes, electric scooters and ATVs, and the mia four really doesn’t fit into any of those categories. The off road platform gives you the stability you’d expect from an ATV, but the dynamic steering makes it feel much more agile and natural when you turn. The independent suspension is probably what impressed me most. Each wheel reacts to the terrain separately, so even on uneven trails the vehicle stays planted and controlled. Very different riding experience from anything else I’ve tried.

- **Title:** Great Experience
- **Rating:** 5
- **Content:** If you're looking at buying a Quad4, do yourself a massive favor: go through miadynamicsla. com and ask to work with Eden. I came into this purchase extremely cautious. I had just come off a total nightmare with the carrier of the unit I bought and returned—a situation so bad with an unsafe unit that I had to file BBB complaints and reverse the charges. MIA’s stellar reputation as a top-tier quad is what got me looking into the brand in the first place. When I searched for the absolute best quad with the fewest issues and best features, the MIA Quad4 was #1 on every single Google and AI search I ran. Anyone can look it up for themselves. But while the quality of the quad brought me in, Eden’s care and impeccable, above-and-beyond customer service is what actually made me pull the trigger and purchase from miadynamicsla. com. Even though it was a few grand more than the brand of unit I returned, she is the reason I felt safe enough to spend the extra money. From the start, Eden gave me a level of customer service I haven't experienced anywhere in my 50 years. She immediately answered all my detailed questions about the specs, vehicle performance, and warranty details so I felt completely confident. When I started picking out add-ons, she walked me through the modular setup—seats, racks, cargo boxes, hitch connectors—so I wouldn't waste money buying double. She even offered to hop on a call with their tech, Eithan, just to make sure I got everything right. She applied every promotion available at the time and walked me right through the financing. When UPS delayed and ultimately lost my battery shipment right before a trip I was taking, Eden didn't just tell me "sorry. " She worked closely with her shipping dept to stay on top of UPS, personally staying on the carrier reps constantly to track it and open claims. When UPS completely stalled, Eden worked hand-in-hand with her amazing shipping department to get a new upgraded battery processed and reshipped right away so I’d have it in time for my vacation. Eden checked in with me daily—even on Sundays—and followed through on every single promise. I truly hope her boss reads this review and realizes what an incredible asset she is to the business. The Quad4 itself is an incredible machine, but Eden’s genuine care, honesty, and hard work made me a customer for life. Ask for Eden on miadynamicsla. com—she is truly one of a kind!

- **Title:** Great Customer Experience & even better product
- **Rating:** 5
- **Content:** Eden will walk you through the entire process from the initial call to following up to make sure everything arrives accordingly. As we unboxed the scooter, you can see right away the quality of every component. As a spinal cord injury survivor that left me with limited walking capabilities, this was like getting my freedom back. It’s easy to ride even with my limited balance now. I use it for all kinds of outdoor activities. If you are ever thinking of which scooter to purchase, the Miadynamics family is the only way to go.

- **Title:** Powerful
- **Rating:** 5
- **Content:** I originally started looking at regular electric scooters, but I wanted something more stable for rough roads. I have mia gt and it gives me exactly that. Four wheels, 15-inch tires and hydraulic disc brakes make it feel very secure, but it’s still only about 27.5 inches wide and it folds down for transportation. That combination is what makes it special for me. I can take it places where a larger ATV would be a pain, while still having a much more capable vehicle than a traditional scooter.
